To make your visit to our Center more
valuable for you and your class we have developed specialized Activity Packets for use in the
classroom as a supplement to the Center's programs. The packets contain pre-visit
and post-visit classroom activities that reinforce and can help you assess your students'
comprehension of the concepts taught in these programs. The packets are reproducible
for use in your classroom and designed to be used in conjunction with
your own health education curriculum.
Packets cost between $6
and $15 dollars and can be picked up at the Center or mailed to you. To download the order
form please click the "Get Order Form" button below. Print the form complete it
and either mail it with a check to the Center or fax it to the Center with the
charge card information filled in.

partnership with the The Hult Health Education Center
and the Illinois Department of Public Health
, developed four drug curriculums.
These units are free of
charge to download. Funding for these supplemental drug education
units were made possible under an Illinois Tobacco-Free Communities grant
from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
